The Downing Creek Community Association has been the cornerstone of our neighborhood since its inception. Nestled between Chapel Hill and Durham, NC, our community boasts 480 dwellings, including single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums. From managing common areas like our two ponds, pool, tennis club, and 47 acres of green space to organizing social events, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
